03(OVERVIEW)
Macks Marketing App is a mobile + web system built for a promotional marketing company to centralize sales, attendance, and staff activity. It replaces the company's previous mix of random sales tracking apps and WhatsApp-based coordination with one unified platform.
THE PROBLEM
Sales records, attendance, and leave requests were spread across multiple apps and chat platforms. This caused inconsistent data, missing records, and slow reporting. Managers had no simple way to view real-time performance or team status.
THE SOLUTION
We built a role-based mobile app with a web admin dashboard. Staff log their daily work from mobile, while Team Leads and Admins monitor performance, manage leaves, and generate reports from the web.
THE OUTCOME
The company now operates on a single system with consistent data and instant reporting. Managers have real-time visibility, and staff spend less time on admin tasks. This was also my first Flutter app published to the Play Store.
